Delivery Highlights

  • Same-Day (Free): Melbourne’s western suburbs on in-stock orders before 12 PM.
  • Metro Delivery: In-stock orders typically arrive in 4–5 business days.
  • Nationwide Shipping: Usually 3–7 business days, depending on location.
  • Real-Time Tracking: Updates provided as soon as your order is dispatched.

Bulky deliveries may require two-person teams. Stairs or difficult access can incur extra fees.

Returns at a Glance

  • Change of Mind: Return within 7 days, unused and in original packaging.
  • Return Costs: Freight at customer cost; re-packing fee may apply.
  • Faulty/Damaged Items: Notify within 48 hours with photos for repair, replacement, or refund.
  • Refund Timing: 7–10 business days after inspection.
