We display as much of our collection as possible, but due to floor space, not every item is always out. If there is a specific piece you are travelling to see, please contact us beforehand to confirm it is on the floor.

We work with carefully selected manufacturers who share our standards for quality. Many of our core collections (including our sofas and rugs) are crafted in Turkey, known for its rich textile history and high-quality manufacturing. We also source specialist components globally to ensure the best balance of style, durability, and value.

To ensure safe transport, some large items (like dining tables and bed frames) come flat-packed and require assembly.

Yes. We understand that seeing the colour and feeling the texture is important. You can view our full range of swatches at our Truganina showroom. (Note: If you plan to mail swatches out, add: "We can also post selected swatches to you for a small fee/deposit.")

Absolutely. You can select "Pick Up" at checkout to collect your order from our Truganina warehouse free of charge. We usually have in-stock items ready within 24 hours.

We currently offer professional delivery across Melbourne Metro. For regional Victoria or interstate delivery quotes, please contact our team directly before purchasing so we can provide an accurate shipping rate.

In-Stock Items: Typically dispatched or delivered within 3–7 business days for Melbourne Metro.

We stand by the quality of our furniture. All Sovara Living products come with a 12-Month Warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers structural issues and workmanship but does not cover general wear and tear or misuse.

Please inspect your furniture immediately upon delivery or pickup. If you notice any damage or defects, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue and the packaging. We will work to resolve it swiftly via repair, replacement, or refund.

We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, we may offer a store credit or exchange within a specific timeframe, provided the item is returned in its original, unopened packaging. Restocking fees and return shipping costs may apply.
