At Sovara Living, you can checkout with secure payment options and choose Buy Now, Pay Later where available—so you can enjoy your furniture now and spread payments over time (subject to provider approval and terms).

1) Payment Methods We Accept

  • Shop Pay

  • Zip

(Only list what you actually have active in Shopify—don’t mention options you haven’t turned on.)

2) Buy Now, Pay Later Options

Afterpay

Pay in 4. Interest-free.

  • Split your purchase into 4 equal payments, taken every 2 weeks.

  • No interest when you pay on time (late fees may apply).

  • At checkout: select Afterpay → login/apply → confirm.

Zip

Flexible repayments for bigger purchases.

  • Choose Zip at checkout and follow the prompts to apply/sign in.

  • Repayments can be flexible depending on your Zip product and account.

  • Fees/interest can apply depending on Zip product and your account terms.

Important: Approval limits vary per customer and are set by the provider. We don’t control your limit.

  3. Approve: Instant decision (subject to checks)

  4. Enjoy: We process your order like any other payment method

Is there a minimum spend?

BNPL availability depends on the provider and your account. If you don’t see Afterpay/Zip at checkout, it may not be available for that order or customer.

Does paying with Afterpay/Zip affect dispatch time?

No. Once your order is confirmed, we process it the same way as card payments (dispatch times still depend on stock status).

Can I return items bought with Afterpay/Zip?

Yes—our standard Returns Policy applies. Refunds are processed back through the original payment method (Afterpay/Zip will then update your repayment schedule).

Are there fees or interest?

Afterpay is generally interest-free when paid on time (late fees may apply). Zip fees/interest depend on your Zip product and account terms. Always check the provider’s terms during checkout.

 

Buy Now, Pay Later (Afterpay & Zip) – Refunds & Returns

If you placed an order using Afterpay or Zip, the same return and refund conditions apply as with any other payment method.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Afterpay or Zip).

  • Once the refund is issued by Sovara Living, your payment provider will update your repayment schedule accordingly.

  • Any fees, interest, or late charges applied by the payment provider are governed by their terms and conditions and are not controlled by Sovara Living.

Returns

  • All returns are subject to our standard Returns Policy, including eligibility, condition of items, and timeframes.

  • Returned items must be in original condition unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Important Notes

  • Sovara Living does not assess or approve finance applications—approval limits and eligibility are determined solely by Afterpay or Zip.
