RETURNS & REFUNDS

Refunds return through the original payment method

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Afterpay or Zip then updates the repayment schedule under its own process and terms. Sovara Living’s refund policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.

What payment methods does Sovara Living accept?

Available methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Afterpay and Zip. The options shown at checkout are the options available for that order.

Can I use Afterpay or Zip for every order?

Not necessarily. Availability depends on provider approval, the transaction and your provider account.

Can Sovara Living change my finance limit?

No. Afterpay and Zip control customer limits, approvals, fees and repayment terms.

Does finance change delivery timing?

No. Normal stock, preorder and delivery conditions still apply.

How is a finance refund processed?

Once a refund is approved, it is returned through the original payment method. The provider then updates your repayment schedule under its own process.
