- Removal of old furniture or unrelated rubbish
- Wall mounting, electrical, plumbing or building work
- Moving existing household furniture
- Assembly of products not supplied by Sovara Living
- Work that cannot be completed safely

What does the A$150 package include?
For one eligible 3+2+1 sofa set, it includes standard assembly, agreed room placement and removal of packaging supplied with the serviced set.
Is delivery included in the A$150 price?
No. Delivery, difficult-access and other applicable service charges are separate.
Is every product and address eligible?
No. Eligibility depends on the furniture, delivery address, access, schedule and service-team availability. Contact us for confirmation.
Can I add the service after ordering?
Contact us as early as possible. The service must be confirmed before delivery and remains subject to availability.
Will you remove my old furniture?
No. Packaging removal covers packaging supplied with the serviced furniture. Existing furniture and unrelated household rubbish are not included.
