How do I receive my member discount?
Log in to your customer account when shopping online. In the showroom, provide the email address or mobile number registered to your membership.
How long is the membership valid?
Your membership is valid for two years from the date of purchase for a one-time payment of $29.
Can the member discount be combined with other offers?
No. The Luxe Member discount cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions. Where more than one offer is available, the applicable offer will be determined at checkout.
Can I transfer or refund my membership?
The membership is linked to the registered customer account and is non-transferable. Membership purchases are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
