Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
- You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
- Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us within 48 hours with photos if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Our team will arrange assessment and resolution at no additional cost.
Change of Mind Returns
- Eligible within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping; costs are deducted from refund.
- A re-packaging fee (min. $50) may apply if packaging is missing or damaged.
Pre-Order Cancellations
- Pre-orders may be cancelled within 7 days for a full refund.
- After 7 days, a 5% processing fee applies.
Partial Refunds
- Items not in original condition, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Minimum $50 re-packaging fee where applicable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For other exchanges, please return the item and place a new order.

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping Returns
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable once delivery is completed.
- For items over $75, we recommend a trackable service or shipping insurance.
In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in-store are eligible for exchange within 3 days. Refunds are not available for in-store purchases.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
